| 抄録(和) | 自動車用コネクタハウジングには、振動等で嵌合が外れない様にハウジングをロツクする機構が付いている。自動車内の環境は厳しいが、自動車の高性能化、長寿命化に伴い、それが助長される傾向にある。このためコネクタハウジングの劣化がより一層加速され、メンテナンスでコネクタの嵌合を外す際に、ロック機構の故障を防ぐために、更に長期にわたる信頼性を確保する必要性が高まっている。 今回は主な劣化要因である熱に着目し寿命推定を行った。これを基に市場信頼性を保証し得るロック機構部の設計基準を求めた。またロック機構の信頼性を評価するための加速試験条件を求めた。 |
| 抄録(英) | Electric connectors for automobile have housing locking structure to avoid the disconnection of the electric contacts by vibration, and so on. The environment in the automobile tends to become more severe, as the performance and durability of automobile increases. In this condition, the connector housing quickly deteriorates. It is necessary to maintain the reliability for longer term than before, so that the locking structure does not break when disconnecting the connectors. In this paper, we estimate life of the locking structure, focusing on heat deterioration. Next, we determine the design standard of locking structure to guarantee the reliability on the market. Lastly, we determine the accelerated test conditions to evaluate the reliability of the locking structure . |
