Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper illustrates the detailed phenomena which are observed on the SnO_2 fragments created during sliding on Sn plated contacts when different additives are applied in the lubricant. It is shown that beyond certain concentration of additives 4 and 6, contact resistance is low and stable. SEM photos illustrate that the SnO_2 fragments are much smaller than that of the lubricants without additives. They tend to be spread dispersively away from the real contact during sliding thus it reduces the contact resistance. XES also shows low wear on the surface. Apparently, the large fragments caused without additives can hardly be floated on the lubricated surface, they can only be squeezed together or easily be accumulated, so that the increase of contact resistance is occurred .
