| 抄録(和) | 電源電圧50V、遮断電流3.3～5. 0Aの回路をPd接点で遮断する際のアーク放電において、アーク柱の断面方向のPdI-447nmとPdI-540nmの発光スペクトル強度の空間分布を測定した。 その結果、放電開始から消滅まで発光スペクトル強度の半径方向の分布は非軸対称であり、放電後期にはアーク柱の断面積が広くなった。測定スペクトルの総量は放電開始時増加するが、その後、陰極近傍では変化が少ないが、陽極近傍では急激に減少した。発光スペクトル強度のピーク値は放電開始時に強く、その後時間経過に伴い弱くなった。アーク継続時間は放電開始時の測定スペクトルの総量が多く、発光スペクトル強度のピーク値が強い場合に長くなった。 |
| 抄録(英) | The spatial distributions of spectral intensities with PdI-447nm and PdI-540nm spectra in the cross section of an arc column were measured at the circuit of 50V-3. 3A-5A. As a result, the distributions of spectral intensities in the radial direction were not symmetrical from the beginning to end of the arc discharge and the area in the cross section of an arc column became large at the end. The total amount of measued spectra became much, after that, it vas a little change nearby a cathode contact but decreased rapidly nearby an anode contact. The peak value of the spatial distributions of spectral intensities was strong at the beginning of the arc discharge and became weak with developing the breaking arc. The arc duration was long when the total amount of measured spectra was much and the peak value of spectral intensity at the beginning vas strong. |
