| 抄録(和) | 電磁給電器搭載電気接点でJIS C8325のAC3級の交流回路を特定の開閉時刻で開閉し、閉成時のアーク継続時間、開離時のアーク継続時間を測定した。測定データをワイブル分布関数をもとに解析すると、スチッキング発生直前にデータ分布の形状を表すパラメータが急変し、その分布の形態が単一分布から複合分布へ変化する事が分かった。 |
| 抄録(英) | Some electromagnetic relays have switched on and off a al ternating circuit under the AC3 class test in JIS C8325. Then, the switching arc arc distribution has been measured at each switching operation. On a case of relays which appeared the switching trouble the result of application of Weibull distribution function to data, the shape parameter of Weibull distribution function changes suddenly and the pattern of frequency histogram changes from single style to composite style. |
