Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The daily life of hospitalized patients is important. It is even more important for children in a hospital since they are growing day by day. However, people researching in the medical field usually pay less attention to that point than treatments. Therefore, medical doctors need a system to provide these children with similar environments which are available for children who are not hospitalized. We call this environment the "Virtual Playground".We have developed the "Virtual Visiting System","Mini-Cave System",a nd "Virtual Soccer System".These systems are described in this pap er.
