Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper presents a vision-based human-computer interface system in which the user can move a target object in 3D CG world by moving his hand. The system is based on multiple view affine invariance theory. It calculates hand positions as invariants using three basis vectors composed of four points on the user′s body. The system does not need any camera calibration. In addition, the user does not need to keep the camera position in mind because he can specify the position and orientation of the object with respect to a coordinate system attached to his body.
