Detection of Corneal Endothelial Cells and Determination of Cell′s Shape

Abstract(in English) In this paper,we propose an image processing technique to detect endothelial cell and to obtain the shape of the cell from a low contrast TV image.First,we compute the edge of the input image and detect the center of the cell using generalized Hough transform. Second,we determine the shape of each cell based on the fact that the contour of the cell is dark,far from the center,and smooth.we formulate this problem by energy minimization process and solved by Dynamic programming.Some experimental results are also described.
