Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We proposed the line detection and the circle detection by using the loca1 polar coordinates which have a pole on figures. But mutual inf1uence between two kinds of figures increase computiIlg aIld scaning time in detecting each lines and circles. In this paper, we consider to detect both lines and circles efficiently by combining two method. This method decrease the inf1uence by detecting and deleting figures on each local poles, and the proces sing can be done faster.
