| 抄録(和) | 似顔絵師システムPICASSOでは、個人性特徴の抽出と誇張という基本方針に基づいて似顔絵を生成している。このシステム開発の一環として横顔似顔絵生成があるが、本稿ではこの全ての過程を自動的に行う簡易な手法について述べる。特に輪郭抽出の簡易化及び安定化、似顔絵生成のための再標本化法、横顔内部部品抽出と合成、などで新たな手法を考案した。これらによって簡易化及び高速化が実現できた他、正面顔似顔絵生成では困難だった高い鼻などの個人性特徴の表現が横顔では可能になった。本稿ではこれらの手法について実験結果も交えながら説明する。 |
| 抄録(英) | In the PICASSO system, caricature is generated by extracting the individuality features and by exaggerating them properly. In this paper, an automated simple method which generates side view caricatures is described. The procedure is (1)extracting the boundary edges of face, (2)generating a primal sketch by using a new resampling technique for caricature generation, (3)deforming the sketch by in-betweening method, (4)deforming the binary image of inside facial parts by Affine transform, and finally (5)combining and displaying the deformed sketch and the inside image. It becomes possible to express the individuality features such as hawk nose, sunken eyes, and so on. |
