| Abstract(in English) | We designed the circuit conversion of the non-liner quantization part of the MP3 compression process. We explain about the compact and high speed non-liner quantization circuit. We did evaluation in the original method, and confirmed the validity of the quality of sound evaluation about the performance evaluation. |
