| 抄録(和) | 擬似騒音環境下における指向性補聴器の語音了解度を測定するため、ダミーヘッドを用いる方法を検討した。擬似環境騒音としてマルチトーカ騒音(S/N=-5dB)と擬似電車騒音(S/N=-10dB)を用い、4個のスピーカから出力した擬似環境騒音と正面方向の検査語音とを混合した音を45度方向おきにDATに収録した。健聴者11人がこれをヘッドホンで聞き取り、聞こえた通りに記録した。指向性補聴器の語音了解度(正答率)は、全方向性補聴器よりも正面方向で20～25%改善された。しかし、マルチトーカ騒音の場合、正面方向の正答率が著しく低下した。ダミーヘッドを用いずに評価者が直接聞き取れば聴取可能であり、その原因について考察した。 |
| 抄録(英) | Authors studied a method to measure the intelligibility of a directional hearing aid(HA) using a dummy head(DH) in noisy surroundings. The multi-talker noise(S/N=-5dB) and the simulated electric-train noise(S/N=-10dB) were used. The Surrounding noise was put out through four loud speakers. The mixed sound of testing words and surrounding noise was recorded into the DAT through the DH for every direction at the interval of 45 degrees. Later, eleven subjects with normal hearing listened to the playback sound through the headphone, writing down the testing words just as they heard. The intelligibility (percent correct) of the directional HA was improved by 20-25% in the front direction compared with the non-directional HA. However, in the case of multi-talker noise, the percent correct in the front direction degraded extremely, nevertheless a subject could hear the testing words in the case of not using the DH. Finally, this problem is discussed. |
