| 抄録(和) | 計算機ネットワーク環境下におけるソフトウェア開発プロジェクト成功には安定した版のソフトウェアを提供し続ける必要があり、そのためにはリリース後のバグに関する情報を収集し,そのバグを除去する作業を速やかかつ継続的に行わなければならない。本研究では、開発者が曖昧なバグ報告の収集及びそれに基づくバグ原因の特定作業を支援するために,開発過程記録やプロダクトの差分情報をもとにした検索システムを提案した。 |
| 抄録(英) | The success of a software development over the computer network such as the Internet depends on the continuous effort to remove the bugs as soon as possible, and to release the stable version of the software. However, it is difficult to find where the developers should correct the lines of source codes or documents, because the bugs are usually reported by users of the software that are not always familiar with the design and the implementation of the software. In this paper, we present a support system for software developers to gather the obscure reports of bugs efficiently from such users, and to find the bugs by using the communication histories among the developers such as logs of mailing lists, and the version histories of source codes and documents. We develop its prototype system on a Web based client-server environment. |
