| 抄録(和) | インターネット上のオークションでは, 不特定多数の人間が商品(財)を販売しており, 商品の質を正確に見極めるのは困難である.例えば, 骨董品が売られていたとしても, その骨董品が本物であるか偽物であるかを見極めることは難しい.もし買い手が, 偽物の骨董品を高い値段で購入してしまった場合, 買い手は, このオークションによって損害を被る.骨董品の質を見極めることができる専門家は, このオークションによって利益を得ることができてしまう.これは, オークションプロトコルが, 財の効率的な配分に失敗していることを意味する.そこで, 本論文では, 専門家に, 自然の選択に関する情報を正しく申告させることによって, パレート効率的な配分を実現し, かつ, 合理的な参加者が損害を被らないようなオークションプロトコルを設計する.本論文で提案するオークションプロトコルは以下の4つの特長を持つ.(1)専門家にとって真の申告をすることが支配戦略である.(2)専門家の人数に関する仮定の下で, 素人にとっても, 真の申告をすることが支配戦略となり, 反復支配戦略均衡を得られる.(3)反復支配戦略均衡のもとでパレート効率な割り当てを実現する.(4)非合理的なプレイヤが存在しても, その数がある閾値以下ならば, 合理的なプレイヤは損をしない. |
| 抄録(英) | On the Internet, there exist many and unspecified persons who are selling their goods. It is often difficult for us to correctly know the quality of goods that are traded. If we misjudge the quality of a good, and purchase a poor-quality item at an expensive price, we suffer loss by the trade. In game theory, information such as quality that cannot be determined by sellers and buyers is called Nature's selection. Experts who can recognize the nature's selection take advantage of it in trading. If we can make experts reveal their information on nature's selection, our auction mechanism can support people to make socially desirable decisions. This paper proposes an auction mechanism under asymmetric information on nature's selection. We present the following interesting results.(1) For experts, truth-telling is a dominant strategy.(2) Under a certain assumption, truth-telling is the iterated dominant strategy equilibrium.(3) Our mechanism can realize Pareto efficient allocation under the above iterated dominant strategy equilibrium.(4) Even if there exist irrational players under a ceratin assumption, rational players do not suffer loss. |
