| 抄録(和) | コンシューマプロダクトを製造していて業態に共通点の多い国内大手企業5社のITの相対評価を行なった。本研究では、購買、生産、物流など、企業における業務プロセスの「パフォーマンス」を測り、ここに貢献していると考えられるITの能力を求めた。さらに、インタビューによる定性的な観測も行なった。この計測方法と、これらの値に多面的な指標を与えて相対的な座標の形で結果を示す点が本研究の特徴である。この結果によって、各社が自社のITの問題点を明確にでき、IT戦略の立案に役立つ資料となることが確かめられた。また、今回の結果を分析し、企業の経営レベル、事業戦略とつなげたITの役割についても考察する。 |
| 抄録(英) | We have evaluated comparative abilities of IT of Japanese major 5 manufacturing enterprises which have common business processes. This study proposes to measure the performances of business processes for the evaluation of those enterprises' abilities of IT. In addition to such quantitative results, we have interviewed to CIOs for qualitative analysis. Our method maps each aspect of IT to the geometrical plane in a comparative manner. These results show the features of abilities of IT of each enterprise. They are useful for planning the IT strategies related to the management of the enterprise. Using our results, we discuss the roles of IT in managing the enterprises. |
