| Abstract(in English) | Multi-application smart card platform has been in increasing demand in various busincss sectors recently. The actual implementation of the platform, however, that enables dynamic network downloading in a CI (Card Issuer)- SP (Service Provider) separated environment has not made progress. This paper describes the implementation overview, the functional evaluation by business sector, and the performance evaluation of application downloading of our Smart Card Information Sharing Platform NiNa, which adopts the licensing and policy management technologies to reflect CI and SP business policics flexibly on the network. With these evaluations, wc confirmed that the NiNa technology can be applied to various business areas and it can be of practical use. |
