| 抄録(和) | 商品開発やマーケティングでは, 効果的なコンセプトの作成が極めて重要である.しかし, 思いついた多数のコンセプトや広告コピー案の中から, 戦略の柱となるキーワード候補を絞り込んでゆく方法は知られていない.この問題を解決するため, 著者らは、「ことば」に基づく「流行語予測」手法を検討して来た.そこでは, 今後流行の可能性がある新しい「ことば」と, 社会的要因との距離を計算し, 「近い」と算出されたことばから, 流行のキーワードを開発する.過去の「ことば」としては, 自由国民社発行の「現代用語の基礎知識」を使用し, 距離計算にはベクトル空間法を利用している.本稿では、特に、1999年版現代用語の基礎知識CD-ROMによる結果について統計的な観点から分析する。相関係数の検定によって、「政治」「社会生活」等の、どちらかと言うと「堅い」イメージの分野の流行について、極めて短い説明文しか利用していない今回の実験でも、提案手法の有効性が示唆される。更に、本稿では、金融工学的手法の流行予測への適用を提案する。検定には、ブートストラップを利用し、その予測が、統計的に有意であることを明らかにする。 |
| 抄録(英) | Keyword/concept creation is one of the most important tasks in marketing activities. A copywriter creates many new keywords and selects a few candidates from these junk words. This selection is very difficult because we have no good tool for this candidate selection. The authors have been engaged in a project for developing a new approach to select keyword candidates by using natural language processing technologies. This approach employs two types of knowledge:yearly phrases in vogue and a contemporary word dictionary. Distance between a word in vogue and each headword in the dictionary is calculated using a vector-space method. Small distance is regarded as a semantic dependency between the two words. In this paper, the experimental results will be verified statistically using t-test. Also, a new approach, using a financial technology, will be demonstrated. This new approach will be also verified by the Bootstrap test method. These statistical analyses show that the system is statistically valid. |
