| Abstract(in English) | Multipurpose smart card OS and multipurpose smart card platform will promote to use multi-purpose smart card. However, existing access control function in smart card assumes to manage application existed in card consistently and isn't suited to manage downloadable multipurpose smart card. In this paper, we define PCL(Policy Control Language), which enable to describe control policies for the card administration and access control for applications in card. We also propose flexible card/application management system, which based on the policy defined using PCL. |
