Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the field of electronic commerce, we cannot meet other traders and touch items. So, there is the risk of buying bad items and trading with bad traders. Such risk makes participants' trading negative and also make the electronic commerce inactive. To reduce these risks, some of traditional EC sites provides a feedback system collecting traders' reputations from other traders in own sites. In this paper, focusing on the mutual relations between participants in EC, we propose a feedback system extended to be capable of acquiring valuable traders' reputations for participants. Concretely, our proposal consists of two mechanisms, e.g., (1)a mechanism to evaluate traders' reputations from the point view of one participant, (2)a mechanism to collect and utilize traders' reputations from more than one sites. Furthermore, we discuss an effectiveness of the proposed method.
