| 抄録(和) | 遠隔学習システムの研究開発, 実用システムの開発ともに活発な米国を中心として遠隔学習システム仕様の標準化の動きが出てきている.実用遠隔学習システムの研究開発を進めている筆者らのプロジェクトIDLEにおいても, これらの動向を調査している.本稿では, 主要な標準規格化団体とその成果について報告し, それらの1つであるIEEEによる標準案について詳細に述べる.また, IEEE標準案の対象ではないが, 効果的な遠隔学習システムの作成に考慮すべき点について述べる. |
| 抄録(英) | Movement of standardization for specification of distance learning systems has come up recently as the deployment of distance learning systems. Several organizations seem to be working on standardization simultaneously. This paper describes the movements as a step of our distance learning project IDLE. This paper then explains the draft standards of IEEE as one of the standardizing works. Issues to discuss that are not dealt in the IEEE drafts are also given. |
