| 抄録(和) | インターネットなどの情報技術でビジネスの世界と社会とが変貌している。従来は、既存のビジネスプロセスの一部を情報技術によって「改善」してきたが、これからはビジネスモデルを根本から問い直す「改革」が迫られている。ここでは、その一例として「デジタルエンタープライズ」という概念を示し、新しい社会を迎えるための研究について、技術・経営・社会の各面で必要とされるテーマを提示して議論する。顧客が主導して企業活動を駆動するデジタルエンタープライズを題材にして、エンタープライズモデルやビジネスモデルについても考える。 |
| 抄録(英) | The modern world and business have been changed with information technology in recent years. This technology has improved existing business processes of many companies. However, present business environment urges to evolve their business models. This paper proposes a concept of a "digital enterprise" as an enterprise in near future. Customers drive the activities of the digital enterprise directly for acquiring materials, services and information. We are planning to study the technological, managerial and social aspects of the digital enterprise. This paper also discusses enterprise modeling and business models of the digital enterprise. |
