| Abstract(in English) | This paper discusses the role of basic research in Information Technology, and a way of creative research in this area. Specific characteristics of IT which would be different from other research areas includes strong relationships to the real world,i.e., an advanced information society. This means that IT has a strong influence to education, welfare, industry and government of a country for the future. This is why IT research has to be systematized as a nation-based strategic research program. This paper proposes a paradigm for a creative R&D triangle for IT research as well. |
