Abstract(in English)	The word of EC penetrates into the society recently and is becoming familiar with us.EC is regarded as in an unique position and developed to`consumers'as well as to`business'. This might compel transactions to make an essential change in the future and drive a strong wedge into a revision of high-cost-structure in the whole society.This change is promoted as a large unified project by official and private companies.EC works on network using IT(Information and Telecommunication technology).IT will be utilized widely as a tool to realize the harmonized society where people will be able to live with safe and peace.
