| 抄録(和) | 著者らは、電子メディアとコンピュータネットワークを活用して開発を進めているソフトウェア開発組織に、ISO9001に基づく品質システムの適用を進めてきた。ISO9001に基づく品質システムの適用推進にあたり、文書並びに品質記録の整理と共有化、審査準備の効率化を目指して、WWW (World Wide Web) を活用した電子バインダシステムを提案、適用し、認証取得を達成した。電子バインダシステムの有効性を確認するために、システム導入直後とISO9001認証取得直後の2度にわたりアンケート調査を実施した。本論文では電子バインダシステムの概要と、2度にわたるアンケー卜調査の結果について報告する。 |
| 抄録(英) | The authors have been applying an ISO9001-based quality system to an organization which develops software products by using electronic media and computer network. To improve sharing documents and quality records and to facilitate the preparation of internal quality audit and certification activities, the authors have developed an electronic binder system that collects necessary documents and quality records by using the WWW (World Wide Web). The organization has received the ISO9001 certification using this system. To evaluate the usefulness of this system, the authors performed a survey by questionnaire twice, soon after introducing the system in our organization, and soon after receiving the certification. This paper describes what an electronic binder system is, why it is required, and how it is used. This paper also reports the result on the survey. |
