| Abstract(in English) | The authors have been applying an ISO9001-based quality system to an organization which develops software products by using electronic media and computer network. To improve sharing documents and quality records and to facilitate the preparation of internal quality audit and certification activities, the authors have developed an electronic binder system that collects necessary documents and quality records by using the WWW (World Wide Web). The organization has received the ISO9001 certification using this system. To evaluate the usefulness of this system, the authors performed a survey by questionnaire twice, soon after introducing the system in our organization, and soon after receiving the certification. This paper describes what an electronic binder system is, why it is required, and how it is used. This paper also reports the result on the survey. |
