Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | SpecRefiner which has a framework to assist stepwise refinement of Data Flow Diagram (DFD), which is used for requirement analysis, in a upstream of software development processes has been developed. The system uses DFDs, developed in stepwise refinement processes, as cases to reuse in a analysis. In this framework, 3 steps, finding-revising-refining, have been defined within a development process cycle, and system supports each process. There are few systems which supports upstream of software development. In an ontology study by Mizoguchi [Mizoguchi93], task ontologies, independent from any domain, are sorted and used in interview process between system engineer and end-user. As a result, design process will be simplified by using building blocks corresponding to task ontologies. Fischer [Fischer94] and Nakakoji [Nakakoji93] assert that domain experts can implement any domain oriented applications easily by using domain oriented tools. Our framework will be placed between Mizoguchi's approach and Fischer, Nakakoji's approach. Cognitive overload of system engineers who translate lexicons in domain oriented world to domain independent world will be reduced by seamless connection between ontologies and domain oriented lexicons. As a result, designer win be able to reduce design miss. |
