| 抄録(和) | 高度にソフトウェアの信頼性を確保するには、人手によるソフトウェア開発過程における人的誤り生起のメカニズムを明らかにして、その対策を講ずる必要がある。この目的を達成するための第一段階として、ソフトウェアの信頼性に影響を及ぼす人的要因を抽出するとともに, これらの要因がソフトウェアの信頼性とどのような関わりを持つかを明らかにするための、ソフトウェア開発実験を行った。本稿では、仮説として設定した、ソフトウェアの信頼性に影響を及ぼす人的要因と、それによる人的誤り生起過程のモデルを明らかにするとともに、仮説を検証するために、どのような実験を行い、どのような結果が得られたかを明らかにしている。 |
| 抄録(英) | There is strong need to maintain a high level of reliability in software. The essential factor behind reliability problems in complete software products is that software development involves the efforts of many people. The software engineering approach to this problem is to eliminate human errors by mechanizing many part of the software development process. However, there are still important parts of the development process that can only be accomplished by humans. Thus there is a need to determine and control the human factors that contribute to the loss of reliability in software development processes that are particularly difficult to automate. Therefore, Authors intend to determine those human factor by experiment is order to eliminate the human factors that lower software reliability. This paper describes a model for human factors that affect software reliability and discusses what kind of methods can be used to verify such a model so as to establish a premise for experiments in software development. |
