Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Needs for the development of information systems for working fields that have no definitely-defined processes are growing. However, it is difficult for developers of these systems to acquire these users' real requirements. This paper proposes a support system for the developer in the requirement specification process by using syntax and semantics of the documents. This system supports the following three processes, (1) to clear up the necessary information for drawing up the document of the plan by reforming to tables of functions, properties and conditions of the requirements from the documents of interviews, (2) to draw up the document of the plan, and (3) to confirm the document of the plan by providing to differences of the documents and correspondences between several types of documents. Experiments on using this system show that our model is useful for supporting the developers of some kinds of information systems.
