| 抄録(和) | 著者らは、電子メディアを活用して開発を進めているソフトウェア開発プロジェクトに、ISO9001に基づく品質システムの適用を進めている。品質システムに基づき作成される文書並びに品質記録の共有化、内部品質監査/審査の準備の効率化を目指して WWW (World Wide Web) を活用した電子バインダシステムを提案、適用を行った。そして、電子バインダの有効性を評価するために、その適用開始直後に部門全体に対してアンケート調査を行った。その結果、以下のことが明らかになった。・現時点で有効性については「有効である」という回答と「あまり有効でない」という回答はほほ半分ずつであった。・電子バインダを「有効である」と回答した人の理由として、「自プロジェクトの情報整理/共有」が最も多かった。・電子バインダが「有効でない」という理由として、「開発者にとっては、電子バインダに登録される情報のほとんどは電子メール等ですでに配布されているため、特別に電子バインダの必要性を感じていない」とする意見が多かった。なお、本論文で提案した電子バインダを用いて本審査を受審し、その適合性が確認されている。 |
| 抄録(英) | The authors have been applying an ISO9001-based quality system to a large software project which develops the software product by using electronic media. To improve sharing documents and quality record; and to facilitate the preparation of internal quality audit and certification activities, we developed an electronic binder system that collects necessary documents and quality records by using the WWW (World Wide Web). To evaluate the usefulness of this system, we performed a Survey by questionnaire soon after introducing the system in our organization. The survey showed the following results: ・half of the respondents who had ever accessed the electronic binders evaluated them positively. The other half, however, did not. ・the electronic binder system was most effective for ordering the documents and quality records of projects and subprojects that the respondents themselves were part of. ・the main reason for the electronic binder not being evaluated positively was that almost all the documents and quality records registered in the electronic binders had already been distributed to the project members by E-mail or had been able to be accessed by other means (for example, by bookmarking the developers' own necessary documents and quality records/pages on a WWW browser). It therefore turned out that project members did not necessarily access documents and quality records via the electronic binder. |
