Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | The resonance characteristics of the shear wave resonators in the viscous liquid is studied for MHz range. The LiTaO_3 chip type resonators were examined for the frequency responces and the dependency on particle velocity. The standard silicon oil was used as viscous liquid. The viscosity was from 10 to 5000 mPa・s. The theoretical analysis for Newton liquid was applied to the equivalent circuits of LiTaO_3 resonators. Analytical values were qualitatively corresponding to the experiment values. The resonance characteristics of the 4MHz qualtz and PZT shear wave resonators were measured and compared with the LiTaO_3 resonator. |
