A Measurement on Noise Waveform of AgZnO Contact at Arc Discharge : (2)

Abstract(in English) The related parameters of arc discharge phenomenon and the noise waveform at breaking on Ag contact materials (Ag90.5(ZnO+CuO), Ag89.9(ZnO+TeO_2))were measured simultaneously. Each parameters, such as arc duration, maximum value of current noise at 1MHz, timing where the maximum noise occurred, bridge voltage and bridge duration from the bridge waveform were measured for 300 times operations. For the parameters of the time based amplitude probability (APD) in Ag90.5(ZnO+CuO)and Ag89.9(ZnO+TeO_2), dispersions of measured values and 50% APD have slightly different characteristics of the operation numbers for each contact materials.
