Abstract(in English) Recently, it approaches a limit that the intra-cabinet transmission speed of the electrical signals. Optical signal is effective for the high-speed transmission. We have researched new optical packaging technologies for the intra-cabinet interconnections. This paper describes our prototype cabinet used the new optical packaging technologies.
