| Abstract(in English) | The STM/SCM type FTTH system(digital bi-directional data communication at 1.31μm/analog visual image distribution at 1.55μm)is becoming widespread in Japan. A WDM coupler which separates two wavelength(1.31/1.55μm)is required in ONU at home side. We have been developing WDM coulers using fluorinated waveguides equipped with filter. In this paper, we report our WDM coupler that achieves higher optical isolation and more miniaturize than conventional WDM couplers(fiber fusion type). |
