Abstract(in English) We have studied a polymeric thermo-optic(TO)wavelength tunable filter by temperature control from 25℃ to 75℃. We successfully demonstrate the application to LAN systems of 30 Mb/s and 800 channels. We also demonstrate operation stabilization of the filter with 9-nm tuning range by feedback systems. We developed a tunable filter with a pair of triangular phase shifters on arrayed waveguides, which provide a fast response and wideband tunability with a tunability of>20nm, and a response time of 60ms.
