Abstract(in English) In order to apply the point-defect modes for the optical filter, this report analyzes the relationship between the center frequency of the defect mode and the structural parameters. It is also confirmed that the transmission bandwidth depends on the size of photonic crystal. The filter with the flat-top transmission property taking advantage of the defect modes in the photonic crystal with two point defects is proposed in this report.
