Abstract(in English) We have proposed the optoelectronic board configuration based on the "φ-PAS" (photonics intensive packaging system)concept of separation between the optical and electrical interconnections. The board consists of fiber wiring board with an "aperture" for interconnecting an optical-I/O interface multichip module and electrical interconnection based printed circuits board. This paper especially describes "φ-PAS" as the background concept and the optical right-angle-turn connector using for optical interface in an "aperture".
