Abstract(in English) | As the electronic devices become smaller, faster with larger capacity, the performance of interconnection system including connectors is of growing importance and is required excellent high frequency characteristics and high-density. In addition, precise equivalent circuits of connectors is indispensable for the optimum circuit design including their influence. In order to attain these requirement, we have developed electrical transmission simulation tools, contact systems, and experimented with new manufacturing process. This paper introduces a design workflow and these technologies for high speed transmission connectors. |
