Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, some discussion about calculated analysis of the radiation of electromagnetic noise form printed circuit board(PCB)by FDTD are described. At first, to make program for general usage with fast calculation time, development of high efficient programming and parallel treatment of Super computer is tried. As a result, the time of the calculation by the developed programming with FORTRAN90 is faster about 30 times than the usual C language programming.Square waveform voltage driving printed line is measured and modeled, and the change of the radiated noise by the variation of driving waveform is compared with ideal square waveform. The relationship of the characteristics of printed line and radiated closed field characteristics is also discussed. It is suggested that the characteristics, such as characteristic impedance of the printed line influences to the radiation of electromagnetic noise.
