Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The Phenomena of electric sliding contacts of brushes and a slipring are closely related with the contact surface films. These film formations are under the influences of the brush material, the atmospheric temperature, humidity and pressure. The appearances of surface films on the brushes and a slipring are able to evaluate by the measurement of the elctric contact voltage drops. It is considered as only constriction resistance because it is hardly generated oxidized film resistance in during low presure, although contact resistance is a sum of constriction resistance and oxidized film resistance. The tested brush materials were natural graphite and metallic graphite origins. The differences of surface film formations under the atmospheric and low pressures were considered.
