Abstract(in English) Transceiver WDM module is considered to be one of key devices for optical access networks. We have investigated MZI (Mach-Zehnder Interferometer)-type WDM with PLC technologies which are suitable for mass production and for high functional devices. We have fabricated MZI-type WDM modules with good optical properties and high reliability for practically usable as well as Filter embedded-type WDM.
