Abstract(in English) Recent developments of optical communication systems show great progress.In these systems, many kinds of optical filters, which are made of dielectric multi-layered thin films, are used.In this time, we designed wide band antireflective coating films and half mirror, in which the optical input angle is slant and the reflection optical power is no dependence with wavelength, by the equivalent film method and optimized these optical filems with very simple method and did the trial production.Also, we studied the designs of long wavelength pass optical filter and did the trial production.
