| 抄録(和) | 成形材、接着剤、被覆材などから発生するガス成分は、リレーやスイッチなどの接点の接触不良の原因になる。ここでは、通信機器用リレーを検出器に用いて、n-ヘキサン、ヘキシレングリコール、ベンゼン、およびフェノールなどの有機ガス成分が、接点の電気的寿命および機械的寿命におよぼす影響を評価した。その結果、本実験の条件下では、有機ガス成分のベンゼン環および極性基の有無が、接点の電気的寿命および機械的寿命に影響をおよぼすことを見出したので報告する。 |
| 抄録(英) | Gas components which were emitted from plastics,adhesives,and sheaths cause increase of contact resistance of relays and switches.It evaluated that effects of organic gas components (n- hexane,hexyleneglycol,benzene,and phenol) on electrical life and mechanical-life of contacts which were determined by telecommunication relays as detectors.Under the experimental conditions,the existence of a benzene ring and polar group in organic gas components have great influence on electrical life and mechanical life of contacts. |
