Abstract(in English) A recieving antenna by an optical electric field sensor with an optical waveguide modulator is proposed and experimentally investigated for achieving high sensitivity by resonance. By fabricating an optical modulator with low impedance and low conductance and employing beam antenna with wave director, the sensitivity was improved by 36dB at 500MHz. Furthermore using high output power LD-YAG laser with low relative intensity noise, an increase of 50dB of sensitivity was attained compared with conventional sensors.
