| Abstract(in English) | A new assembly method is described for easy construction of compact and practical free-space optical modules which consist of guide-frames,spacer-frames,and a housing-frame.A basic performance of this method is examined by using multi-stage lens system. Furthermore,this method is used to assemble a two-dimensional optical I, O port block,and experiments are performed to examine fundamental characteristics of this module.Consequently,compact optical modules can be constructed simply by stacking guide-frames, and spacer-frames. |
