| Abstract(in English) | A molecular comformation of lubricants,perfluoropolyethers,on carbon surfaces was studied with XPS,ESR,and NMR.Functional groups in lubricant molecules were adsorbed on adsorption sites,composed of dangling bonds on carbon surfaces.Intra-molecular mobility of adsorbed lubricants shows that the viscosity for functional groups is 17 times as such as that for bulk lubricants. |
