| 抄録(和) | Ag開離時アークが、メタリック相のみで切れる場合とガス相まで移行する場合が混在する条件下で、アーク放電と消耗転移量、電極表面形状変化の関係について実験を行った。実験装置として、光切断法を応用して電極表面の立体形状を自動測定する装置とアーク放電現象計測装置を用いている。本装置により、アークと消耗転移の微細な関連が、はじめて解析可能となった。実験の結果、ガス相移行が起こる場合と起こらない場合では、陽陰極間の消耗転移の方向が逆転し、表面形状の特徴に違いがあることがわかった。 |
| 抄録(英) | Relationships between are discharge phenomena in Ag contacts, surface profile and material transfer and gain and were measured under the operating condition where the contacts break only within metallic phase are and break along with the transition from metallicphase are to gaseous phase one. As testing equipments,the contact surface observing system and the arc,phenomena measuring system are used.Both systems have developed in the authors′ laboratory.By using these systems,we cou ld get for the first time quantitative data of the relationship between arc phenomena and material transfer and gain. As a result,comparing conditions of contact surface after two types of arcs(metallic arc only,metallic plus gaseous phase),the direction of material transfer and gain changed and different on surface were observed. |
