Abstract(in English)	A noise measurement of the waveform of radiation and emission noise from arc discharge of breaking electrical contact. The concept of a composite noise generator (CNG) and a hardware system which simulates emission noise from breaking arc is discussed. Another measurement of emission and/or radiation noise which is originated from the lighting system driven by a stabilizer using inverter. This paper shows the difference of the characteristics of these measured noise. It is suggested that the emission and radiation noise must be measured in varous point of view. Lastly, what should be considered when CNG is applied to a noise source is discussed.
