Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Excess current noise measurements were carried out on electric contacts and granular resistors. The samples are crossbar contacts, graphite thick film resistors, metal film resistors and ceramic superconductors. They willconsist of the contacting spots which the current flows through. All noise spectra are of the 1/f type. Some models for explaining the 1/f noise in the contacting is studied. One of them is based on the spontaneous temperature fluctuation of the small conducting spots in the samples and thermal conduction in a semi-infinite exponentially tapered solid. The nonlinear heat transmission model is also discussed.
