Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To prevent the contact opening failure caused by the adhesion, we need to investigate the factors that influence the adhesion. In this experiment, the adhesive force between gold electrical contacts were measured by changing contact force, number of sliding motions and length of sliding motions. As a result of this experiment, we observed the following : The adhesive force increases with the number of sliding motions and saturates over a certain motions. If the contact force is large, the saturated value is also large. If the length of the sliding motions is long, the increasing ratio of adhesive force is high.
