| 抄録(和) | 微少電流負荷に使用される電気接点表面にAuが使用されることが多い。Auは他の金属よりも凝着しやすく、電気接点の開離不能故障が発生しやすくなっている。Au電気接点の粘着に影響を及ぼす要因を調査するために摺動回数と接触力を変えてAu電気接点の粘着力を測定した。その結果、粘着力は摺動回数とともに増加するが、ある回数以上では増加しなくなる傾向がみられた。 |
| 抄録(英) | Gold often has been used as the surface layer of electrical contacts in small current circuit. Gold adheres easier than other metals, so gold electrical contacts easily have the contact opening failure. We measured the adhesive force of gold electrical contacts under conditions changing the number of sliding operations and contact forces, in order to investigate factors that effect on adhesion of gold electrical contacts. As a result of this experiment, we observed that the adhesive force increase with the number of sliding operations but saturated over certain operations. |
