| Abstract(in English) | Polygon mirror scanner motors (PMS) mounted Laser scan unit in Laser beam printer(LBP) must be needed High-speed,ex.4000-35000r/min. We developed two type PMS had low jitter, noise and vibration at above high-speed, "the general speed type with built-in driving circuit and the ultra-high speed, large size mirror type" accomplished by simplifying of construction and Production i.e. usual fluid bearings used low-speed motors for VTR, FDD, and Special-used PMS with Production Engineering Laboratory, Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. |
